What does the QR code do?
People scan it and apply from their phone in about two minutes, with no account. It works before you have signed up: they leave their details, and they become your applicants the moment you claim the job.
The sign says “We reply within 48 hours”, and Instead keeps that promise for you: you are nudged at 24 and 36 hours, and anyone still waiting gets a warm “you’re on our bench” note, never a rejection. Posting is free; you pay £39 only when you hire, and your first hire is free.
