Email hello@instead.work and a person at Instead replies, usually the same working day (London time). For your data, write to privacy@instead.work.

If you’re hiring

• Posting a job is free and your first hire is free. After that it’s £39 a hire, paid only when you mark someone hired, and waived if they don’t start within 30 days.
• To make a job and a window sign without an account, use the sign maker. To publish it and read applicants, open the link we email you and sign in with that email.
• Can’t sign in? We email a 6 digit code each time; if it has expired, ask for a new one on the same page.

If you applied for a job

• Everyone hears back within 48 hours. If the business hasn’t decided yet, we tell you you’re on their bench.
• Every email we send has a link to download or delete your details.

If you use Instead from an AI assistant

ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants can use Instead at https://instead.work/mcp, with no sign-in. They can explain how to hire, make a job (you publish it yourself from the link they give you), make window posters and table cards, and find London jobs that say the pay. If something an assistant did with Instead looks wrong, email hello@instead.work with the job’s link.
